Welcome to iMMENSE STUDIOS ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iMMENSE STUDIOS website, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
Series, episodes, blog posts, comments, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by their respective creators and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without permission.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
iMMENSE STUDIOS is ad-free. Every signed-in member — Free or Premium — can browse the full catalog and read or watch episode 1 of every multi-episode webcomic and video series, at no cost. Comments, reactions, and one-shots require Premium.
A Premium subscription unlocks every episode of every series, full-resolution wallpaper downloads, and directly supports the creators you read and watch through the Creator Fund. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of that period.
If your account is permanently banned for violating these Terms, any active Premium subscription on that account is canceled immediately rather than at the end of the billing period, and the remaining term of that billing period is forfeited without refund. This is separate from, and in addition to, the general non-refundable policy above — it reflects that continued access is not available to a permanently banned account, so the subscription cannot continue running out its term.
Publishers who upload series to the Service represent that they own or have the necessary rights to the content they publish, and grant iMMENSE STUDIOS a license to host, display, and distribute that content through the Service. Publishers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they upload.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You are responsible for choosing a strong password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately from Account Settings and contact us through the Report Issue link in the site footer.
Password reset links are time-limited and single-use. We will never ask you for your password by email or message — treat any such request as fraudulent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMMENSE STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This Privacy Policy explains what information iMMENSE STUDIOS ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use immensestudios.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, and how it's stored. We've tried to write this in plain language rather than dense legal text — if anything here is unclear, reach out through the Report Issue link in the site footer.
When you create an account, we collect the email address, username, and password you provide. Your password is never stored in plain text — it's securely hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) and we never have access to the original password you typed. If you choose to, you can also add a profile photo and a short bio.
As you use the Service, we store activity you generate yourself: series and episodes you like, comments and replies you post, accounts you follow, messages you send, and your reading or watching progress through episodes. Publishers additionally have the content they upload (webcomics, video series, blog posts, wallpapers, custom emojis).
If you subscribe to Premium, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details directly — see Section 4 below for specifics. If you use Live Chat or direct messages, we keep the messages in that conversation so the thread persists between visits. If you're warned, suspended, or banned under our moderation system, we keep a record of that action and the reason for it.
Your account and activity data is stored on our behalf by Supabase, a database and authentication provider, in a real backend database — not only on your own device. This means your account, likes, comments, follows, messages, and reading/watching progress follow you across devices and browsers once you're signed in, and our moderation and support teams can access relevant account data as needed to operate and secure the Service.
Access to your data within our systems is restricted by database-level security rules (Row Level Security) — for example, other members cannot read your private messages or your payment history, and internal moderation tools and reports are restricted to authorized team members only.
Your browser also uses local localStorage, purely as a short-lived cache to make the app feel fast (e.g., remembering your last view) — the real, authoritative copy of your data lives in our backend database, not in this local cache.
We use the information above to operate the core features of the Service: creating and signing into your account, remembering your reading and watching progress across devices, showing your likes/comments/follows back to you and to other members, processing Premium subscription payments, and enforcing our moderation system when content or conduct violates our Terms of Service.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it — there's no ad network integrated into the Service, and no data broker relationship of any kind.
Premium subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) are collected and stored directly by Stripe on its own secure, PCI-compliant systems — we never see, receive, or store your full card number or other raw payment credentials. We retain only what Stripe shares with us to operate your subscription: your subscription status, renewal date, and a reference ID used to manage billing and, if needed, cancellations. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how Stripe itself handles payment data.

View & edit: Your profile, bio, avatar, liked series, follows, and subscription status can all be viewed and changed from your Account Settings and Profile pages at any time.
Delete: You can delete individual pieces of content (a comment, a message, a custom emoji) directly where they appear. To delete your entire account, use the delete-account option in Account Settings — this permanently removes your account and profile from our systems and cancels any active subscription. This action is irreversible.

The Service does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses browser localStorage as a functional cache to keep the app responsive between visits, and relies on secure session cookies/tokens managed by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. These are functional, not tracking, mechanisms — they exist so the Service works properly, not to track you across other websites.
The Service relies on a small number of third-party providers to operate: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), and email delivery infrastructure for account-related emails like password resets. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their respective service to us, under their own privacy and security practices.
The Service also embeds video content from YouTube and Vimeo. When you play an embedded video, that platform may set its own cookies and collect data according to its own privacy policy — we don't control that behavior. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy (which covers YouTube) and Vimeo's Privacy Policy if you have concerns about those platforms specifically.
The Service also loads fonts from Google Fonts ('Archivo' and 'Barlow Condensed'). Depending on how these are served, Google may log the request (e.g., your IP address and browser information) as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
We don't currently integrate any advertising networks, analytics trackers, or data brokers.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account or provided us with personal information, please contact us through the Report Issue link in the site footer or at immensestudios2026@gmail.com, and we will take steps to remove the relevant information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you notice within the Service before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
